The Tajima Aluminist 265mm 16 TPI Pull Saw is an excellent choice with a handle with a quick-release system that allows you to replace and change blades on demand. Featuring a very thin 0.6mm (0.9mm at teeth) blade made with Japanese-style tempering. Microwave impulse hardened triple-edge teeth with tips set 1.75mm apart for a 16 teeth per inch (‘TPI’) cutting edge profile. As the name suggests, Japanese pull saws cut with the pull stroke unlike most western handsaws that cut on the push force giving you the advantage of an narrower more precise cut. This means you’ll be assured of a straighter, faster, smoother, and cleaner cut requiring less physical exertion and fatigue. Great for fine cuts on most woods and excellent performance on dry wood! Produced with a die cast aluminium handle and premium steel blade. You’ll receive a stunning die cast aluminium handle with elastomer grip, a 265mm blade, and a protective plastic blade guard.
